An Engagement Session
For couples who are camera shy, or want to announce their engagement in style, Tina Ortiz and Bespoken Forever Photographers offer you two an Engagement Session. This is the first chapter in your love story. It should be showcased in your favorite locations, or with your upcoming wedding theme in mind.
After you have chosen your favorites from your online gallery, you will receive one of the most unique Engagement Session Announcements ever - Fashion Magazines!
Tina will create an Editorial style magazine with your Engagement Session highlights. You will also receive 25 copies + 30 Mini Magazines
From your online gallery, you can also order custom Save-The-Date Cards w/envelopes (no postage included).
Welcome Party, Rehearsal & Dinner
We want to be there when you greet your families & friends to your gorgeous destination. Let us take the work out the logistics of your venue and work behind the scenes with your planner to ensure your vision is coming true.
We will be there, only for a short time, to help your guests relax, and to make sure that you two get plenty of rest.
All three sessions are a mix of Polaroids & digital as well.
All Day Wedding Coverage
It is an honor that you have chosen us - and for that, we truly do not want you to be thinking about time lines or how much time is left of the clock.
Tina Ortiz will be your Photographer, in most cases and she will be there all day: from the start of the B&G getting ready, behind the scenes, up to the last dance or exciting planned exit!
Tina will also be adding Polaroids as well.
Within a few weeks, your images are edited in a timely manner, and uploaded to a private online gallery. (Your guests will be given QR coded cards at your event, so they can also enjoy unlimited downloads at a later date).
After you have reviewed all of your exquisitely curated images, we will design a 12x12 Bride & Groom's Album with 250 Images. The presentation case of Luxury Linen, also stores a custom USB with all of your images on it.
You two will also receive Two Duplicate 10x10 Parents' Books with Custom Gift Boxes & USB's as well.
Let us know if you require additional duplicate books.
Good-Bye Brunch
If you aren't leaving the right away, Tina Ortiz will be there for some last candid & casual group shots - as you both say good-bye to everyone.
If all of your guests are gone, or not staying on your same property, you two can use this time frame for a "Breakfast in Bed" session, or "back in the dress" for her. Our HMUAs teams are almost always close by for a new vision of you in your gown, the day after.
Finally, all of these images are also uploaded to your online gallery, and they can be incorporated into your album or in a magazine.

Special Occasion Investment - $3000
Due to the increased travel costs associated with these holidays, we must include this Special Occasion Investment to your package for these days:

This Investment is a One Time Fee Added to your package and all details will be in your final contract.
2nd Lead Photographer for Your Wedding Day - $9,200
If your wedding is having more than 100 guests, a larger wedding party, or more luxe details, you may want to consider adding on a Second Photographer from Our Studio.
The 2nd is a true professional in their own right, and they will blend their style seamlessly with the Lead Photographer. Adding on a second photographer gives both families extra attention, and helps couples to feel more relaxed vs running around trying to get all of the main guests in the same place.
This investment includes all of their travel as well.
Polaroid Details
The instant cameras are used by our photographer & not for guests. They are taken throughout each session.
Most sessions have a specific amount of prints, but there will be times when you get MORE Polaroids due to the fun/the action/the energy or other factors that would lend themselves to more Polaroids.
Because of certain weather conditions, your Polaroids may not develop at all, or may have different color reactions. This is normal & can be artistic.
Also, it is noteworthy to mention that [not all Polaroids] have a digital version taken at the same time. That is why we scan your photo. (see below).
All Polaroids are scanned by us to create a digital version for you & then the actual photos are mailed to you later.
This Package is for Weddings in AL, CT, DC, GA, IL, KY, LA, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, NH, PA, SC, TN, VA, WVA, & VT

Can I use this package in Florida?
Yes, you can. However, please reach out to us for a custom quote that doesn't have a travel fee built into it, like this one does.
Can I use this Package in CA or TX?
Unfortunately not. Those locations have a different travel fee. Please reach out to us for that link & info.
Do you have a Videographer or Content Creator that travels with you?
Yes and Yes. We have colleagues in every state & we will connect you with the best ones for your style, so you can get a personal quote from them.
Can I add a Boudoir or Bridal Portrait Session to this package?
